How to Order

Ordering your catering from Jinsei Ramen is simple! Just send us an email at [email protected] with your event details, including the date, time, number of guests, and your food order. Our team will get back to you promptly with a customized catering menu and pricing options tailored to your needs. Gluten Free Options available. Please let us know if any of the guest in has food allergies and we will accommodate.

Orders are not final until you receive a confirmation email.

Order Policy

• Place order at least 72 hours in advance
• $250 minimum on all orders before tax
• Our team of professional drivers will drop off your order
• WE DELIVER TO: ALL OF OTTAWA and PARTS OF GATINEAU (Delivery Hours 11 am to 6
  pm)
• $15 Delivery Fee

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before your delivery time. Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded. Please notify us at [email protected].
